Getting stronger… Alot stronger

I am currently on week 11, I started “strong strong” on week 9, I was both excited and nervous at the same time, nervous because I didn’t know how well I would do, to tell you the truth I thought it was going to be a complete train wreck but it went alot smoother than I thought. I definatley know now why there is “chair force” before “stand strong”, there is absolutely no way you would be strong enough to jump right into “stand strong”. I actually couldn’t imagine not being as strong as I am now and how hard it would be to perform everyday tasks. The idea that you only go downhill and get worse with a chronic disease like MS couldn’t be further from the truth, I choose not to participate in that way of thinking anyways, I can only imagine what my life would be like then, I’d probably be in a wheelchair. I still have a bit of work ahead me but thanks to DDP Yoga not as much.
